As President of Birchtree Global and Birchtree Performance HR, I’ve dedicated my career to helping companies expand across borders and transform HR into a driver of EBITDA and valuation. This recognition reflects not just my work, but the impact of strategic, data-driven leadership in global business and human capital.
I earned my Doctor of Business Administration in 2017 at UOP, completing one of the first multi-country, in-depth studies on foreign direct investment in Cuba. It’s been a privilege to contribute to the global business and HR community through both executive leadership and board service. I particularly enjoy sharing these financial and HR perspectives with my students at Columbia, Manhattanville, Stony Brook, and Fairfield Universities.
