Huber Corporation’s Engineered Materials Division (HEM) develops ingredients that enhance the performance, appeal and processing of a broad range of products for industrial, paper and consumer applications. As a growing, global business, Huber was upgrading training for employees, and providing for internal and external certifications. Attention to quality products and high performing employees is a hallmark of HEM’s customer service. Birchtree Global identified and created a program to apply and receive state tax credits for the cost of training Huber’s workforce. In one year alone, Birchtree Global obtained tax credits reducing HEM’s tax burden my $1M. We are pleased to have been a part of HEM’s growth and success.
